...After owning an MPC 2000 for a few of years ...I've just bought an MPC 5000 ...maxed out the memory ...and next I'm thinking of an SSD drive inside ...anyone done one yet ???

As long as the SSD has the same interface (P-ATA, S-ATA, etc.) as the stock hard drive it should be possible.

I have SSDs in both my MV-8800´s and in my MPC4000. They all work flawlessly...
