MPC5000 reviews, bug reports and fellow user support on the most recent standalone, hardware MPC from Akai

I have a technical problem with my MPC5000. When I load some 16-bit 44.100 WAV instrument multisamples that I previously prepared on my Mac... according to the technical specifications required by the MPC5000, the files have a small glitch at the end of the sample. I'm playing them with a piano connected via MIDI to the MPC. The noise in question makes it impossible for me to play naturally. I get a horrible sound. That small final glitch between notes becomes unbearable for the music... what could it be? Does it usually happen?

What is strange is that the same thing doesn't happen to me with the Akai Grand Piano or with other more percussive samples using the same midi piano... they sound perfect! But for some reason, for example, I make an autosampler of a VST with the MPC Beats on my mac, I export the files in Wav and there, the glitch appears between notes, I think it is specifically when the midi piano key lifts... Does anyone else have the same problem? I hope you can help me. Thanks community!! Greetings!!

When you created these multi-samples, did they play without the glitch when you tested them in Beats? One thought is to check that the amp envelope set for each instrument isn't squared off or abrupt and has a gentle slope set for Release so it fades the sample out smoothly. I've imported a lot of samples into my 5000, and it never added a glitch to the end of samples, so I don't think it's that.
