Recording multiple scratch tracks (ableton)

Hi! I'm rokkin 2 decks + mpc + audio interface and ableton live. Is it possible to record scratches over my beats, I've already done it but I can't records multiple scratches cuz it always records my previous scratches and beat also to same track(quality also gets worse), how can I solo record just scratch and still hear other tracks? I've also Audacity, maybe i should try with it...

I'm about to give up and buy 4 track recorder, back in the day it worked
