Me too. My reason is that I'm 100% sure that my current converters will sound much better than that of the MPC-R to my ears, which negates at least the audio interface features for me, unless I were to use it for "effect" only. I'm pretty sure they'll have the same software. From what it says on the site though it seems that the software only has mpc 3000 sounds as opposed to also the 60, etc. so it looks like the studio will only be able to rock the normal sounds and 3000 sounds, while the ren will have normal, 3000, 60, and whatever else they decide to emulate.

Studio will have no 3k sounds or emulations only the Ren.

It would be cheaper to buy it from just about any retailer in the US and have it shipped to you via Fed Ex.

I sold my MPC 5000 to Rock On. They gave me approx $1800 for it.
