Bug reports & end-user support for Akai's MPC Software 'controllers' including the new MPC Studio 2, the MPC Touch, MPC Renaissance & original MPC Studio and MPC StudioB lack.
Does anyone know please if there is any way to do this without having to click on every pad individually and change the Pad Play mode?

Beginners & Advanced Tutorials for the MPC Software 2.x
In the MPC Software, PROG EDIT > Edit Zones > ALL (bottom middle of the screen)
Now just set sample play in the current pad to NOTE ON and all 128 pads will be NOTE ON. Then set back to 'Current' in Zone Edit. This cannot be performed from the hardware.

I wish this could be done in hardware, too.
It's one of those things that force you leave your hardware for a second, breaking your "Ahhhh, it's so amazing to do all this thru the hardware" moment.
