Mpc Ren and harware synth (little phatty) midi question

I recently bought a moog little phatty and connected via usb with my mpc ren.
In the mpc preference software i chose type= midi channel = the desired one
and everything works ok. i can record and when i play back the sequence the little phatty plays back what midi i recorded..
Also i found out that i can do differnt midi programmes with different midi channels and programme channels which means i can have a different track with a different sound.
But when i have more than one track with a different phatty sound it only plays the last one.
Any idea how i can record in different tracks different sounds from the phatty via midi?
I know i could bounce each track then take the audio and put it on a pad and play it, but that doesn't seem very efficient..

Isn't the phatty mono-timbral. If so, that's the problem. No fixing that.
It's the phattys hardware limitation. The website tells you so. Mono-timbral meaning, one midi channel only. Record a track and that's it, dont change it. You can bounce like you said though.

just record in logic wich can also have audio and not only midi..

Or buy more analog mono synths ! You never have enough, trust me.

The LP is a superb synth, there is no software that can touch it.
