Logic/ren recording issues

Firstly, forgive me if this has already been covered as i'm only too aware people on here seem to be only too quick to jump down people's throats for laziness, however after searching i'm still non the wiser!

For some reason, whilst using the ren as a plug-in in logic, it has decided to stop recording in logic. Logic still receives the audio from the ren but will no longer recognise anything i record. No fundamental setting has been changed, I've literally loaded a project from the previous night, at which point all was well.

meticulously checked through the obvious mpc & logic midi/audio preferences etc.. Also reinstalled ren firmware with no joy!

I'm certain this is something painfully simple i'm over looking. Any help appreciated.

What are you trying to do specifically? Are you creating AUX tracks within Logic and routing the MPC Software Tracks to these AUX tracks?

Or are you trying to record MIDI from the MPC software into Logic?
