how can I reproduce this effect in MPC Studio?

I am trying to reproduce the effects of the drums in the snippet below, taken from E.S.T.'s Goldwrap tune. I can hear one effect applied to the snare rim and another on the drum kick, but I can't get anywhere near any advice would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: you were right on the money about the rim flanger, but I can't figure out how to get the reverb on the kick to sound like the recording. I tried all 6 reverbs and played around with all the parameters but I can't get the high pitch of the effect
