turning on full velocity without controller

Is this possible to switch on without having to do it on the controller? I'm away on a trip and I only have my laptop with me, and I usually switch everything to full velocity when I'm recording and then go in and manually change the values when I'm fine tuning the track.

Alright, I was going to pick up a LPK25 at the local Guitar Center to hold me over til I get home, so I will be inputting notes with that.
