I just bought the MPC studio and could not unlock it after installing on Mac OS X 10.9.1 then tried on another machine running Windows 7 and another machine running Windows 8. I get the same results with all of the installations. It loads then goes to Demo mode. All these computers installations were doe offline. and then I tried with the computers online and the same results. The unlock and web form feature are shaded grey. How can I unlock this thing.
