Would be nice to have Tape Stop and Stutter on the Renaissance like iMPC Pro maybe in the SONG Mode.

they have plug-ins that do that effect.. just add that plug in on ur mains,. I'm not sure how Ren is set up, but in machine i be like that..

At least they are updating it.

Nope. Entirely new app.. No upgrade to iMPC... This is going to be the pro version..separate purchase.

@MPD MPK RAY there are all kinda plugs that do it man, plus u can do some shit with delays and a mute button and accomplish this same effect with just about anything. u really want them wasting their time putting that shit in ur ren OS?? lol.. sounds like you the real foo foo

Great is, we see it being update as it progresses. The same I mentioned on the MPC Ren 1.7, when Pete said no, we can't do that.

The release if iMPC Pro is going to be mid fall. I think 1.7 will be launched then as well.
Hopefully with some interchanging compatibility and options.

The missing link (iODock II) to be able to run the REN with iMPC and/or iMPC pro when it comes out. I got mine on launch day and this thing has reinvented music for me. The iPAD apps are so cheap compared to its PC/MAC predecesors.
