What are the pads on the MPC Element like?

Head over to the impc forum on here. There are about 8 in-depth videos about the program. One of videos shows element interaction.

Yeah I seen those videos but im not too interested in the element since the software is a rip-off(only allows one track) and I eventually want to transition to using a mac or pc to make beats too. Rather than just buy a controller for impc pro. I also want to buy a controller not sole for the impc pro because their is a small chance it could be garbage. Just like the Impc original was when we waited for it and then once we tried it out it wasn't what we wanted. Though the videos for this one look promising you can never all the way tell with Akai these days.
