I think hellfire answered this before in another thread. I also replay my bass usually, but heres how I do it:

The main idea is to take your sample track and put it onto a new program. Filter the new track and set it to a new mute group so the bass doesnt overlap.

Track 1: original sample - program 1
track 2: filtered sample - program 2

change the mute group in program edit so that they play in unison. Filter all sounds using multiple on the bass track.

or if it's a chopped sample program and you want to use your sequenced chops for bass you have to duplicate the track and then the program, then go into program edit, switch to multiple pad selection, select the tracks with the chops on them (you can click and drag your mouse to highlight lots of pads), then go into filters, set up your filter, it will filter them all at once.
