MPC Element 1.7.1 Keyboard Shortcuts don't work !!! help ple

Hello, I have the MPC Element and software v 1.7.1 . My PC is on Windows 8.1 64 bits.

When i use the software the keyboard shortcuts never work. Same thing in the DAW, as a plugin. Can you help me please ?

Well, I know in a DAW, keyboard shortcust wont all work because the DAW's shortcuts will override the plugin shortcuts.
