Anyone tried loading MPC 3000 files into latest OS?

1.6 Loaded everything, but the 3k parameters. Meaning it basically loaded the sounds, programs/sequence, but the tempo etc would be off. Now using 1.7.1 only the sounds seem to load. No programs, sequences etc.

Anyone else having an issue?
