Pro tools stops looping when I press play on Ren?

I run the ren inside pro tools 11. when I drag the loop markers in PT to what I want and press spacebar it loops like it should. when I press play start on the ren the loop points disapeer and it wont loop.

anyone know this?

You can't hit "Play/Start"... Hit "Play" and you shouldn't have that problem. Same thing happens to me.
