Bug reports & end-user support for Akai's MPC Software 'controllers' including the new MPC Studio 2, the MPC Touch, MPC Renaissance & original MPC Studio and MPC StudioB lack.

I just got my MPC Renaissance and installed the software and all the expansions. I set it up as my default audio driver and everything was working fine until I updated the MPC software. Now I can't play any media, on the internet or otherwise, and it's not letting me update the firmware. This problem is really starting to frustrate me because I can't seem to find any solutions for the firmware, and I've been to the website multiple times to download it but the link is not working for me.
Any help would be appreciated.

hahaha, thanks for the criticism. it's just a username that I use a lot for different accounts.
I think the problem was just the fact that my firmware was outdated. The update link worked for me this morning and everything's working fine now, thanks.
