I am rather new to using the MPC essential software, so my problem might be simple but I can't sort really it out. I am working with a friend on some beats, but he worked on the openware hydrogen.
Basically, I want to import his work into MPC essential, that means i need to read the midi exported from his soft. I believe MPC essential needs the .sxq format to import patterns and virtual instruments mapped to the pads, but how can I import a multitrack midi with the patters from a midi format ?
