vst track bounce

I was trying to do the vst track bounce on the mpc ren, but I think I can't get it to work, I saw a youtube video an the guy on it was doing and I rtied to follow the steps, I soloed the vst track I wanted to bounce, but when I switch to and empty track the solo folows the empty track, so I just leave it on the vst track goto resample, the choose internal play the track and I have audio , then I press record and play start at the same time, i got the recording and iit plays back, I push one of the pads, but the sequence that showing in the box is the same that the vst is on and I can't get this to load on an empty track, I must be missing a step anyone can explain how to do this thanks

if you are done with the vst just delete it..put the sample on a pad of wht ever program you want. then play it..that should work.

just be careful if you put it on a program with other sounds. it might mute itself if its on mono m0de ;D
