MPC Studio cutting off first few hits in Cubase...

Hi guys, I have just bought an MPC Studio and got it working great as a plugin with Cubase except that everytime my sequence loops around it doesn't play the first few hits of sequence. So for example the kick won't play and then it start on the snare. Anyone know what could be happening here?

nevermind...I recorded a track mute by accident.
