How to track out tracks in 1.8

Does anyone know of any tutorials or a way to track out tracks from my sequences? Please help.

use explode track to separate any drum programs, then you go to export / audio mixdown and check "Explode tracks"

the result will be "stems" from 0:00 to end of project for each track

Yeah I tracked out stems but only main program stem starts on point. The other stems are staggered behind by about a measure
