I have been dealing with different go to guys for years and have built a relationship with them. I get good to great discounts. This deal is a better one because I think my sales guy understands NAMM is around the corner. (buyers remorse). He probably knows the high return factor also.

Wait until Winter Namm when the next Maschine is announced with an improved sequencer. There will be a great sell off of these in January. There are so many people with gear lust and who are trying to one up each other with gear than make music. Those are the ones you buy it from because there is the honeymoon period of two weeks and their gear never gets touched after that. The Octatrack i bought off of someone used was a steal because it smelled factory fresh and even date of production was four months before I bought it.
