Trouble with Bank Pads

Hello,

I'am new here to this forum and I do not know if anyone has the same problem as me. So my first question is has anyone shared the same experience as not being able to switch to bank pads. My problem is about the bank pads not being able to switch alternatively regarding the interface module controller. I am really thinking about sending my MPC Touch to Akai to fix via one-year warranty. I know in the user manual it says to hold down shift and then press them twice. It works great , but my focus of this question pertains without using the shift button and pressing the bank pads alternatively without using the shift button.

I have to press my bank pads about (9 ) times and up. It is an on and off problem. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not correspond to my touch action.

It should be a quick double tap to switch to the other bank, yeah send it in for service.

Again thanks for your feedback bro appreciate it and we'll I just want to let you know that I actually did press the buttons quickly. I pressed it like twice quickly like you said bro.. Good looking out fam..
