Has anyone tried to access the akaipro.com website today? Just wondering if you were getting the same message as me : site error unable to load site preferences

You'd think they'd at least post something on facebook or twitter, I wonder how many people are trying to activate their new Xmas presents?

There is a post on their forums, with a customer service email contact. They said they will send out links for software via that method in the meantime.
