Hey,

After installing Ableton Live 10 on my Macbook Air 2015, the interface of my renaissance stopped working.
I tried plugging in headphones into the Ren, but it didnt work.

Deleted Ableton, no luck.
Went into Audio Midi Setup. Use this device for input / output was greyed out.
Went into Library-PReferences-Audio folder and deleted those two plist files and rebooted. Still nothing.

I tried plugging in another interface and that one was working.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Thanks.

I can't imagine any situation where installing any software could possibly cause an interface to stop working, safe force-installing the wrong device driver on a Windows machine. Certainly not a Mac. Sadly I fear your Ren may have just coincidentally picked that particular time to bite the dust. I certainly hope not, homie. Good luck. Holla back tho I'm curious about this.
