Bug reports & end-user support for Akai's MPC Software 'controllers' including the new MPC Studio 2, the MPC Touch, MPC Renaissance & original MPC Studio and MPC StudioB lack.

So I have tried a thousand things online.

I have a Moog Subharmonicon, a Volca Drum, a Volca Nubass and a Korg Volca Mini-Mixer.

The Nubass is the master, and they successfully sync just fine together. They all output to the mixer, the SubH converting to aux in order to do so.

I am using a 3.5 to 1/4 converter to go from the headphone jack output of the mixer to enter the left input channel of the MPC Touch.

I then take the headphone out of the MPC touch to split stereo monitors.

I tried plugging the subharmonicon 1/4 directly into the left channel as well and still nothing.

Tried so many things.

I am kinda new to this, but have done a ton of research and do not understand what I am doing wrong.
I am so bummed.

What do I do?

I think I figured it out.

it was the software being buggy = my computer needed a restart for me to be able to access the audio options on my pc.
