Studio 2 bad pad

Have had the studio 2 for a few months and recently pad 4 is not triggering correctly. It’ll trigger on first tap but goes dead after that. Stopping the seq will reset it but will only trigger once after again

Have reset preferences, reinstalled driver etc but still happens

Anybody experience this/have a solution?
