You can't nudge notes from the hardware. To nudge notes, you have to use the mouse to select the note and then use your keyboards arrows buttons to nudge using the current T/C value. Holding down your keyboards Shift key and while using the arrow buttons allows you to nudge using full 960 ppqns.
This works whether the sequence is playing or not.
I seen in the video from soundsforsamplers that shift timing is included in the t/c window can you use it?

It would be nice if you could assign this to a Q-link, but a single 360' revolution of a dial might be clunky for fine control. 3 or 4 revolutions for the full 960 ppqn would work well IMO.

1. You can preview samples in the browser while the sequence is playing
2. You can change sounds on the pads (samples previously loaded) while sequence is playing
3. You can drag-n-drop or load samples from the hardware onto the pads while sequence is running
Samples must be loaded to RAM in order to be played from the pads.

Funny thing I couldn't find shift timing in the reading material but I seen it in the video. Jah does it operates by q-links cuz time shift is one important piece of the mpc workflow?

Shift timing is done pretty much like previous MPCs...its in the T/C Menu. This can't be done using Qlinks.
Other than that, you have to use your keyboards Shift + Cursor keys or just use your mouse to shift notes.

Hold your horses with the sly remark at the end there ja ja. I did asked for this back in what may or June to impedimented along with the duplicate function to Dan right before
the insanity called Monsta showed up. I thought it was going to be controlled by qlink or a least the data wheel so I can dial it in by feel not sight. Logic and maschine is the same but I want a knob to control by feel not the old press a key or pad shit. If possible relay this to Danny to give Ren a leg up on the competition.

I wasn't necessarily talking about you specifically...I am talking about the forum in general. But then again...you could have asked for this (Aug or Sep 2011).
Nearly all of the feature requests in this forum have been channeled up...
....regardless...how would you suggest implementing your feature request?

Too vague.
My suggestion would look like:
Add a traditional MPC Grid Edit Mode where users could navigate to any note using the cursor keys and data wheel. Once you selected the note event you want to shift, use the Qlinks or "+" and "-" buttons to shift timing.

Actually can you still use shift timing like on a regular hardware mpc now.
Hit t/c button, select earlier or later, highlight the shift from the button, hit the pad you want to shift, select the timing range from 1:01:000 to 2:04:720 or something and then use the data wheel to change the shift value in realtime as the sequence plays like on the 4k, finally hit do it.

If it works from the data wheel or via qlink that would be excellent I noticed that the Ren has strength parameter added so the range parameter could select and deselect the notes to be shifted.

Ummmm...of course it does. It wouldn't be an MPC if it didn't.
