Anyway, I voted for the Ren. It looks like the older MPCs (60, 3000, 2000) with a bit of a modern update. I like the colors on the 5000 especially when you see the guys who get different colored pads, but I just feel that it looks too big and clunky.


The 4000 and 2500LE are probably my favorite looking MPCs though.

Big and clunky would describe the MPC 4000. The MPC 5000 while large..it has a lower profile.

The MPC 3000 still appears to be the best built MPC ever made....and will probably never see such an item as it would rightfully cost too much for most users in this forum. This is the same place that cried the MPC 2500 was too expensive at $1999.

best looking is prolly the 2500, 3k, mpc60 mk1 and the 2000xl

Much as I love my MPCs, I really don't think any of them are particularly nice or cool to look at. Functional designs, that's it really.

Renato Rizoli is doing some very nice custom jobs on the MPCs to make them look cool, this yellow 1K is lush

But in the end, the MPC is a square box of bits with rubber pads. It does the job, but it aint going to win any design awards.

The sexiest MPC ever made....

The LE is nice. I'd have to see one in the flesh though because those swirly graphics don't look great on the photos I've seen.

Looks even better up close.....black beauty...gold limited edition plate...black "leather" wrist rest...push on the buttons....it just feels like money.
