To the OP : If the Live! or Melodyne is out of reach grab an old CP-40 , VP-70, guitars-to-midi converter. The software is way more flexible but you can sing notes into a mic and record a sequence in real time for cheap.

I was just saying how I really enjoyed this feature. And if it was on the Ren it would make it the ultimate sampling equipment out there.

To be able to sample an old school track and then convert it to what ever sound I choose. Also it would make remixing state of the art. Plus sampling an old break and converting it to the drums you want. Dam it son that sh#~is sick. Take a buddy who is slick on the bass. Have em slap out something then convert it to ur sound.


It just would be another envelope in the creative juices.

Ok so I have just decided to use Ren as a plugin inside of Abelton. Is there any templates out there to configure the Ren to be more of a controller inside of abelton? I know I can midi learn my functions. But what about controlling scenes and clips in abelton off the Ren. Machine can do it so I know Ren can
