still having crashes everytime i close the mpc softaware and 1 or more plug-ins are open/used (vst and au both).

I got much more occasional crashes during normal usage...defenetely 1.3.1 was much more stable on my system, i had very few crashes in 5 months ( 1.2 and 1.3 later).

I feel like this is an ever ending story, really.

So frustrating specially now that we got lots of improvements and previous mpc software were really stable on my mackbook pro.

I really like this 1.4 release but so frustrated man :(

I just installed mpc studio on my macbook pro
2.5GHz Intel Core i5 16GB Memory OS 10.8.4. The program installed but takes for ever to load but it wont read the mpc studio hardware in usb. So it wont register & stays in demo mode.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I've tried using different USB cords
But nothing is working. I installed it on my Mac Pro running OS 10.7 & it worked perfectly. The problem is that I bought this product specifically for my laptop because I travel a lot & need to produce on the road.

+1
I haven't closed it a lot but every time I have it has closed like expected, no crashes here.

Okay it's happening to me now too. Honestly Cubase did this for a long time, I thought it was stupid but it really didnt hurt anything.

the first day 1.4 dropped it didnt crash when closed. the next day and since it crashes every time its closed. even with an empty project. but with like everyone else, no problems with it effecting info.

and no crashes during work. i do have to say that the auto save is a pain in the a ss. it pauses to save and locks up action for the duration of pause. sometimes 15-20 seconds.
if i save on my own its real quick. so that auto ish just gets turned off. i can save on my own. the prior software versions helped with that programing.
