Can the mpc ren load MPC 3000 format ?

Bug reports & end-user support for Akai's MPC Software 'controllers' including the new MPC Studio 2, the MPC Touch, MPC Renaissance & original MPC Studio and MPC StudioB lack.

yea but . mpc ren has its own sound card , so thats why i think it will change the sound .. if im wrong im wrong .. and i hope im wrong .. but i would think that . if im loading a sound from a mpc 3000 .. in to a real to real 2 inc tape .. the sopund will change .. it i load it in to protools the sound will change .. so im thinking if i load the sound in the ren it will change .. but idk ..

Convertors dont have to do with loading the sound, they only have to do with the sound as it comes out of the machine.

without vintage mode, you'll have the MPC3000 analog outputs, and you'll be using a 24bit AD convertor. so, effectively, you'll get the analog punch of the 3k, but the convertor depth will be higher, so the sample content could be brighter.

In vintage mode, you'll have the emulation of a 16 bit AD convertor. so if you want it to sound like an MPC3000 then turn that on.

hey i dont know if it will change the sound ,, or not ... i have an idea .. it mit sound crazy but ,, maybe have a switch were u can bypass the sound card . since its not alone .. have a swicth were u can chose to use your own sound card or use the mpc ren .. or both .. like photon power works .. .. IDK

IM HAPPY NOW THX AGAIN .. but i have an idea .. HAVE AN MPC REN XL WITH A LCD COLOR SCREEN ... AND . AND WE CAN CUSTOMIZE THE SOFWARE .. LIKE WHEN IT STARTS UP HAVE IT SAY HELLO MONSTA ONE ..
