Back to the OP's original question, where he states it's already 'running' in his Windows set up:
Assuming it is already 'running' fine on both systems, both of which have similar spec, you'll find the MPC Software runs very similarly on both systems, in terms of performance, bugs etc. It really is that simple. Beyond that, it's really down to whether or not you prefer a Windows or Mac OS environment, which is a separate debate.
