i bought my ren based on the specs on the box, details on akai and musical instrument websites, forums, youtube clips etc.. purely on features i could see that the ren was a good fit for me, and my expectations have only been exceeded by using it. any updates to me are a massive bonus, as features that didn't even equate into my purchasing decision are being added, that's awesome.

do u also count failed promises? And straight up lie-telling, in To that equation??? Or I already said too much??? Quick grab the popcorn

At least we know it's weeks away and not months. Been waiting on effects automation but audio tracks would be epic.

Back to the beats, chopping like crazy.

He also said again yesterday that we are still weeks away.. Really exciting stuff! Wonder if it will be the game changer update for me that gets me into standalone and not working in ableton with it. (I dream of that day)

Every 5 or 10 mins it saves...if your last saving is prior to the autosaved one it will prompt you to merge or replace your project with the autosaved one...is not the last second autosaving, but at least you only loose 5 or 10 minutes of work.

well with me this auto-save feature is non-existent, i lost a few beats even recently...not really dope ones but still...
it never asks me to re-open project, there isn't a autosave file, and when i check recently opened files, it only shows the one i opened prior to the one that crashed...
but i save everything after every alteration so no a big deal for me....but i better get that dvd drive fixed fast then, and reinstall the whole shabam
