Already been addressed. I guess you missed it during all your hater rants.

By the way...graphic waveform will be displayed on the LCD..in case you were going to reply back with that one. :P

Wait I thought I was foe'd. Awww.....you rascal. You love this argument as much as we do. You wouldn't know what to do without us. You know you wake up and secretly eyeball that gorgeous 3000 in your studio and want to touch her, caress her soft pads....plug all available 1/4 audio cables into her 8 outs....but then think, "NO! i must...not....give in. must go.....to mpc-forums and spew love about....the...new....model"

okay admittedly i may be soending too much time in Cow Puncher's corner of the universe here in off-topic.

I don't think so, aside from what every MPC and DAW can do, there is nothing like the MPC's sequencer, NOTHING, not Logic, or PT, or MASCHINE. Nothing has the warmth, or the punch, I personally hate making beats in a DAW, I can never get that end result I want, when it comes to how the beat is shaped, but as far as mixing, and layering and all that, their cool, but nothing beats an MP. Im so happy I don't care, I read all the hate and all the redundant questions being asked, but I don't care, I've been waiting for the Ren for 10+ years. If maschine was the answer, none of us would be here, we would be on our maschines, and would not have sold them to some other idiot. I just feel like if you never owned an MPC, than the Ren isn't for you, quite frankly I don't want any new people buying it, stick to fruity loops or somethin, and SHUT THE FCUK UP. They made the Ren especially for me, and people like me.

Kid, I've owned the MPC before you were probably born and rode the train bombing wildstyle in the Bronx in 87'. Your **** 1200 dollar midi controller is justin beiber compared to a real production setup in the year 2012. I bet you don't even have compressors or even any analog EQs. You're a flowers and you have no idea what you're talking about, computer loser abusing the truth that I'm used to.

Wow mofos are going nuts over this **** Ren ha, ha!

Y'all need to ease back the Ren was made for all of us. Young and old, new and experienced. When that grey bitches drop in August have a beat battle or something if you want to shut mofos up. And the candy asses crashing the party should have a beat battle too to show and prove it is how you use it.

Thats what boggles me. Its not even out and the only ones to touch it are just a handful of testers, and peeps are defending it like its the 2nd coming of the Messiah and peeps hating it like its the 1st arrival of the Messiah.

I'm no hater, I just see the facts and whats out there and the Ren doesn't really impress me...what I take that back, I am impressed with layering 4 samples to a pad and each having their own seperate effect, thats a titan feature. But why every 5 minutes I want to express my thoughts some internet-spoof comes along and points their finger at me like I'm suppose to like it or I'm a hater. This is a forum, a place for discussion. So I love hardware, who gives a ****, does it threaten you that I have voice to express my mind?

This wasn't aimed at anyone particular, but if it makes you mad then suck my knob like corn on the cob!!!

Wow you really went hard huh. :? Yea I've had all of those pieces of gear that you named, sorry. And I like women, most importantly. And I just stated my opinion, I feel like I do know what Im talking about, it was my opinion, and the rest of your statement was just jibber jabber to me, it didn't compute. And uhh, when I used what you said as a quote, It wasn't to single out what you said, but it seemed like the overall theme of the conversation at that time, don't take it so personal, it comes of kinda gay. :P

If you can enter a forum and tell people everyday that you hate a product that you have never touched, then your mind should be able to comprehend that there are others that love the MPC Ren....without even touching it.

There is nothing wrong with expressing your feelings. You have done that in numerous threads. At what point do you stop? What purpose does it serve you or this community to write in the forum that you don't care about? It would serve this community better if you spend more time talking about the MPC you do like.

At this stage it's pointless trying to raise anything resembling a rational discussion about the new line in this part of the forum. Hellfire's thread totally went to shit amongst all the other bollocks that's been going on.

Thankfully all the major questions have been answered, so if any surprises get announced it'll be a bonus and if not that's fine.

The only thing I would like to see is a video of the LCD to see what gets displayed while you're bouncing around the software. Especially the waveform editing, which doesn't look right from the recent vids. I would also like an improvement to the way plugins are listed, because one long list scrolling down the screen is terrible if you've got loads of plugins. They either need to branch out into multiple columns or be selectable by type.

Trolls, nasayers, haters, etc are partially or fully responsible for the lack of rationale discussions in this forum. Very few of these individuals add anything meaningful to this part of the forum.
