if i remember rightly, when jordan rudess demoed the thing for the first time (probably at a namm show), people said afterwards that it sounded weaker than the motif xf. kronos lacks sonic vigor imho.

It's not market saturation since the declining sales have been driven by the introduction of competitive products not the abundance of Maschine sales.

Korg combi's are a monster if used right, plus the ability to tweak every sound to oblivion can't be beat if you ask me.
