audio tracks

how does the REN software handle "audio tracks" or equivalents?

So far, they have only announced standard MPC program and MIDI tracks plus the addition of VST instrument tracks. If audio tracks is part of the feature set, I would assume they would highlight this item. We should know by Namm the feature set.

Hard disk tracks as seen in the MPC 5000 is my preference. Continuous sample tracks is at least needed.

thanks, jah. continuous sample tracks < audio tracks (ala jjos, and what i assume is the hard disk track in the 5000)

the need here is for non-midi triggered audio
users shouldn't have to wait for a midi note to trigger a larger phrase sample.

surprised this isn't being discussed more.
