Studio; a couple of questions...

Hi,

I'm a newbie, about to join you guys as soon as I can get my hands on the 'Studio'.

Can anyone tell me;

Will the studio come supplied with the software either by download or 'in the box', or is it already around and the studio is just a new controller?

Also, for interfacing with Logic, is just USB, or is a MIDI I/O interface going to be needed. I've not needed one too date, so didn't bother buying one.
