...if the Renaissance will be everything they say it will, then this would be the best idea ever! You know, I was going to design something similar to this because I never thought an instrument maker would do it but I am surprised. This machine will have the functionality I wanted so I dont even have to finish my design. The stuff that it doesnt have has already been alluded to so it may become reality. People will complain because they cant have it all but I see how big this is. The only difference between my idea and this machine really is that the computer was going to be inside, and it would be rewire compatible. But they say it should be in a future update which is cool. Only other thing really is independent track lengths and real-time track shift, other than that this thing is everything a midi production controller should be. Im psyched about VST and hardware instrument integration and also the possibility of using Reason and its rack extensions inside the mpc engine. This is so cool it will be the first instrument I ever preordered! Thanks!!!
