Is It possiable for jjos to make their versions of updates for the ren? I think that would be great if possiable ... Is it?

No. JJSequencer is the closest your gonna get. JJ ran through that chamber a while back and It went over a lot of peoples heads. He was trying to unify JJOS with a PC version that would of gave cats that "hybrid" work flow they crying about now but he stopped development on it because the community support wasn't there.

Sort of. It wouldn't be the same JJ OS that runs on the MPC, it'd be JJ Sequencer with an interface to the Ren, so it'd appear like JJ OS, but under the hood it's this:
That's unlikely to happen though, because Akai probably won't share the info needed to interface the JJ Sequencer to the hardware components of the Ren.
It'd be better to work with Akai to get whatever features you want implemented. JJ OS for the Ren wouldn't necessarily be any better than the Akai software.
