How to re-authorize software offline????

Im currently having save probs with my ren and have uninstalled the software/driver 3 times already.I have a super slow internet connection and maybe my online authorize didnt complete.I did offline authorize on my studio desktop and it saves no prob.I wanna re-authorize offline on my laptop! is this possible??????????

have you tried calling akai about this? not the number for registration/authorization but calling akai's support?
