that place is a ghost town, even with their little moderator answering everyones questions vaguely. They seem to listen to the mpc-forums more than they do their own forum. I have posted simple questions there with no answer. I emailed support about a simple question I had, it took them like 3 days to respond with no answer to my question. Akai support isnt exactly on their game.

So true. They may not post as much as the rest of us but they read and frequent MPC-Fourms.com all the time. shhhhhhh... they are watching right now
