You'll need a usb zip drive for your computer. That's it really - put your existing MPC2000XL disks into that and transfer them to your computer hard drive. From memory, I believe PCs should be able to read MPC2000XL formatted disks (unless they are partitioned - if so, only partition A will be read) - if not, then you have the task of loading each beat into your XL, swapping out the zip disk with a PC formatted zip disk, and resaving the beat onto the PC formatted disk. You can then load the new zip disk in your computer.

anyway, try it out first, see what happens.
