Extensions wont play

I recently bought the renaissance and I installed all extensions and updated the system (1.3), but when I try to play any sample from the extensions it wont play and I cant assign extension samples to the mpc pads, however i can listen and load and assign samples that i downloaded from the internet.
So how can I make the extensions work?
ps: I'm still new to this mpc model, sorry if it was a stupid question

The Extensions are plugin instruments. Those samples are the sounds for those plugins which can't be loaded directly.

1. Set Track 'Type' to 'Plugin'
2. Set 'Plg' to 'The Bank, The Wub, The 809, or The Noise"
3. With the cursor still in the 'Plg' field, press [Window] to select the plugin preset

Read the manual and view all the MPC University videos (located in the thread sticky'd to top of this page or Akai's web site) to get you up and running quickly.

I understand this part,but the problem its that when i try to hear a sample directly in the MPC computer program it wont play,and also when i try to drag a sample to one of the pads in the program it wont load it,
what can be the problem?

What program are you talking about exactly?

MPC Drum and Keygroup programs can't load the files intended for the MPC Expansions. It is protected content.

what i mean is that i cant drag and drop a sample at the software page,like its done on the first 20 seconds of this MPC university video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aM9_K1vYPNk#! (and i cant hear the sample also)

but this is only with the MPC expansions sample that comes with the MPC renaissance,all the samples that i downloaded from the internet are working fine

You didn't read or don't understand what I wote.

MPC expansion samples can't be loaded. Again...the samples in the following folders can't be loaded or previewed as they are protected content intended for plugin use only: The 809, The Bank. The Noise, the Wub.

Look in your MPC Drum Content or MPC Loop Library for samples you can drag-n-drop to pads.
