as vst or au ?

Is there a way to use AU beside VST ?
Some AU do not work properly here, eg some synths do not follow note off events

I wouldn't see why it wouldn't, but I was replying to the OP about Waves plug ins in general. All of my waves plugs work smoothly, but I'm not using AU.

I found a way to use Waves Element:

You have to load it as Instrument not as Insert in order to use Element.
