Hi!

I'm wondering why the green lights are on next to the "Level" knob even though there is absolutely no sound coming out of the Ren?

Please see attached screenshot.

You most likely have the 'Input Monitor' turned on in Sample Record Mode. The other possibility is that you have an Effect turned on somewhere. If it's an Effect, try pressing the [Stop] button 3x.

Additionally, ensure you have the latest update 1.3.1.

I reset it, and now everything's fine!
