From what I understand, it seems that the REN's MIDI functions are better implemented and suited for use with Pro Tools than they are for Logic. Can someone verify this and explain to me how/ why? What can the REN do in Pro Tools (audio and MIDI wise) that it can't do in Logic? For example, can the REN controller MIDI root note be set in Pro Tools? Not being a smart a$$. Since Akai seems to have partnered with Avid, the relationship and integration with PT should be the deepest and most complete. I would just really like to know once and for all where the REN's MIDI capabilities begin and end inside of a DAW (PT and Logic only).

I have the same doubt.
I was about to update my Protools 9 to 11 but yesterday Logic X released as all know, and I don't know what to do...Update ProTools or Logic.
The answers to your question would be handy for me too.

Instead of asking someone to spell it out for you, it might be easier to look up some threads and do some research of your own. But if you can't be bothered you can always wait until someone can be bothered to deliver the answer you seek.
