How do I: Assign 1 Pad to another Pad in a different Bank

How do I assign Pad 1 Bank A to Pad 1 Bank B - without losing any of its chained effects and modulations?
(Or just any other Pad)

For example I want my kick drum that has already been compressed, eq'd, etc on PAD 1, and make another one (clone it) to Pad 1 (or Pad 3, etc) on a different bank?

If I'm understanding correctly....

Try PAD COPY (double tap PAD ASSIGN).

There is no way unfortunately to copy a pad with all of it's FX inserted on it still. You can duplicate a program if you're planning on starting from scratch with a new program. Otherwise your best bet it to resample it and load the new sample with FX printed to the audio on your new program.
