I am looking to add a usb dj controller to my setup to add scratches to my beats.
Space is a limitation and so is the budget (under $400). I used to DJ back in the day with vinyl. My needs are to have a unit that does not have a big footprint or 200 buttons. (ie: Well organized interface)
I don't mind spending more for a well built unit that has good effects.
I probably wont be performing with the thing, just need it in my tool belt to complete my beats. I run my Ren thru a desktop PC IntelI5-4670k 16gb mem 250gb Samsung SSD HDD. Any suggestions?

You need Serato, Traktor or Mixvibe... basically to scratch digital sounds with encoded vinyls. No other controller will render good scratches...

This is the economic solution : Mixvibes Ultimate Dvs

But If it was me, I will take at least : Traktor Scratch A6

Serato Is not so Cheap...
