Question on key mixing with Renaissance using pitch control

Im a logic user and used to use ultra beat, in that program when you would drop a sample into its slot you could change the pitch and it would show you what key your changing (A,A#,B,B#ect...) lets say i am using a kick sample for example its at C and want it at F# but want to know positively 100% its pitched at that right note.

On the mpc ren i have found how to change the pitch but does anyone have any techniques they use on visually gauging the key of the sample selected?

The only way to tell is in pgm edit mode. but the indication isn't by note ref.. It's by semitone value... IT is in the Samples tab for each layer...
So you can tell that it has positively pitched it up 3 semitones or down three semi tones from the original pitch the sample is at. Mpc doesn't know that the kick drum sample or any sample is in the key of c.. You have to know that.
